What’s in the free core?
Home, Bookings (offers, holds, contracts, riders and travel), Promos, Contacts, Messages, Network, your Press kit with booking link, and Gig day. No time limit and no card needed.
How does the trial work?
Every new account starts with VIP for 14 days, so every add-on app is unlocked. You don’t enter a card to start. When the trial ends you stay on the free core and can add apps or VIP whenever you like.
Can I buy just one app?
Yes. Each add-on app is its own subscription, from €5 a month. Add or cancel one without affecting the others.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. Paying yearly costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. VIP is €290 a year instead of €348.
When is VIP worth it?
VIP costs €29 a month and includes every add-on app plus every app we launch next. If you use more than a few add-ons, it costs less than buying them one by one.
My manager or agent wants access. Who pays?
Team access is part of the Team app (€9 a month) or VIP on the artist’s workspace. Team members sign in with their own account and see only the areas the artist switches on.
I run a label. What do I need?
Create an account as a label and add Send music (€19 a month). DJs never pay to receive promos. More for labels.
How do payments and cancellation work?
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel from the app store in your workspace at any time, and the app stays unlocked until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you take a cut of my fees or invoices?
No. DJme doesn’t take a commission on your fees. When a promoter pays an invoice by card, the payment provider’s standard processing fees apply.
