Your Send Promo account shows each campaign’s status, how many DJs it reached and how far they got: listened, downloaded, replied. DJs rate the track, say whether they’ll play it and leave you a note.

Where it lands

In the inbox DJs prepare their sets from.

DJs use DJme to run their bookings, so your track sits next to the gigs they’re getting ready for, with BPM, key and energy already worked out.

  • Matched on soundDJs are picked by how many of your genres overlap with what they play. The closest fits go first.
  • Only DJs who want promosEvery DJ chooses whether to receive promos and can switch it off any time. Nobody is opted in for you.
  • Nobody gets spammedA DJ gets each track once, in their promo inbox, not their email. Featured and pinned spots are limited to the bigger packages.

Who gets my promo?
DJs on DJme who accept promos and play the genres you pick. If you choose countries, only DJs based there. Your own account is never included.
How are DJs matched?
By genre overlap: DJs whose genres share the most with your targeting come first. Starter and Push reach up to 50 or 200 DJs, and if fewer play your exact genres they top up with the closest other DJs. Max goes to every DJ who matches.
Will DJs get spammed?
No. Promos only go to DJs who switched them on, each track reaches a DJ once, and it arrives in their DJme promo inbox rather than their email. DJs can turn promos off at any time.
What do I get back?
Live numbers for reach, listens and downloads, plus each DJ’s rating, whether they’ll play it and their note. Max adds a full report you can export as CSV.
Can I get a refund?
A campaign that hasn’t gone out yet can be cancelled and refunded in full. Once it’s in DJs’ inboxes it can’t be pulled back, but if something went wrong on our side, write to hello@djme.io and we’ll put it right.
Do DJs pay to receive music?
No. The promo inbox is free for every DJ on DJme. Only the sender pays, once per campaign.
Do I need a DJme DJ account?
No. Send Promo has its own account for labels and artists. It’s free to create, and you only pay when you send a campaign.
